Additional rules

While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations: Your request and acceptance of the reservation confirms you and your group have read, understand and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. * Minimum age policy of 25 years of age * Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 10am There’s a fifteen minute grace period after the 10:00a.m. checkout. There’s $100 late check-out fee if you check out after 10:15a.m. This fee compensates our house cleaners for their time and having to accommodate a change of scheduling. *No Pet Policy Although we love our fury friend we have a NO PET policy as our home is not well suited for animals. If our house keeper informs us this policy has been violated you will be responsible for a minimum special cleaning fee of $200.00 and not to exceed all costs and fees incurred for damages. * No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties or on the premises. We have a NO Smoking / vaping or candles policy anywhere on or near our property. If our house keeper informs us this policy has been violated you will be responsible for a minimum special cleaning fee of $250.00 and not to exceed all costs and fees incurred for damages. *Daytime occupancy (9am-9pm) including children and infants maximum is not to exceed 12 people on the property at anytime. Overnight occupancy is limited to 8 people (including children and infants) unless prior written consent is received from the host. * NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by the host in writing prior to the arrival date. * In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property. All trash must be placed into outside trash container and recycle. If there is debris outside the container there will be a $150.00 special remediation fee.
